How long does it take to Sign Up for an account?

↳ It takes about a minute to sign up. Watch our video on YouTube for details.

I didn't receive a confirmation email.

↳ Check your Spam folder. If the Sign Up confirmation email is in your Spam folder, move it into your InBox or mark it as "Not Spam". If you still can't find it, email us: help@tcpsb.com and we'll get you started on your path to savings.

I clicked on the link in the confirmation email, but it says 'Link Expired'.

↳ Some time has elapsed since your Account Verification was issued. Please Re-Register and you will receive a new Verification Code.

I forgot my Password

↳ Click on the "Forgot password?" link on the Login/Register page and follow instructions. It only takes a moment to get back in to your account.

Do I also have to Sign Up for Fresh Points?

↳ Your Fresh points account is activated when you click on the "Send coupons and special offers" at signup. You can always change it later in your account. Watch our video on YouTube for details.

I don't want to create an account. I only want to order.

↳ You must have a TCPSB.COM account to order online. Your account includes quick access to past orders for easy reordering and your Fresh Points Rewards dashboard, where you can manage your savings and discounts.

How can I participate in Curbside Pickup?

↳ We currently offer curbside pickup by special arrangement. Email us at orders@tcpsb.com for details. Our automated system is coming soon!

Can you Deliver or Ship my order to me?

↳ Tri-County Produce currently does not deliver or ship orders. Stay tuned for further developments!

Who can order alcohol?

↳ Tri-County Produce wine and beer sales are restricted to persons 21 years of age or older and an ID Verification Scan is required at pickup.
