Do I have to sign up to get discounts?

How long does it take to Sign Up?
↳ It takes about a minute to sign up. Watch our video on YouTube for details.
I don't have time to manage my points.
↳ After you signup, you never have to login again. Our staff will always alert you at checkout when you have points to spend.
What are e-receipts?
↳ An e-receipt is a digital copy of your sales receipt that you can access in your account here at TCPSB.COM. They can help you manage your budget, create shopping lists and more. You can always ask for a paper receipt also!
I didn't receive a confirmation email.
↳ Check your Spam folder. If the Sign Up confirmation email is in your Spam folder, move it into your InBox or mark it as "Not Spam". If you still can't find it, email us: help@tcpsb.com and we'll get you started on your path to savings.
Can I use my EBT Card?
↳ Yes, you are welcome to use your EBT Card to earn points.

How many Points do I earn on each purchase?
↳ You will earn 1 Point for every dollar you spend, every time you shop. We will help you get started with 500 Points when you Sign Up!
My Account shows that I have "5.00" points. Don't I get 500 points?
↳ Fresh Points will always display the dollar value of your points. 500 points will display as "5.00" points.
Why don't I see any points in my account?
↳ Fresh Points are calculated and added to your account at the close of every business day, so your points should be available for the following day.
My receipt doesn't show that I earned any points for my purchase.
↳ The "Fresh Points:" total at the bottom of your receipt will show the points that will be calculated at the close of business, and those points will then be "Earned".

Tri-County Produce, Inc. works hard to serve our customers. There may be times when we need to change, update, or add to an existing policy therefore we reserve the right to change the rules, terms, and conditions of our Fresh Points Program without notice; this can include limiting, refusing, and/or revoking card holder privileges without notice. Please take the time understand the following details regarding our Fresh Points Program.
Fresh Points Program Customer Phone Number must be disclosed prior to a purchase for customer to earn Fresh Points.
On purchases for qualifying items*, customers receive 1% Fresh Points added into their Fresh Points Program account.
Fresh Points can be used for qualifying* purchases (after discounts & pre-tax).
Fresh Points expire after 365 days.
Only one Fresh Points Account per customer is allowed. If customer obtains or attempts to obtain more than one card, they will be subject to immediate loss of all Fresh Points and Tri-County Produce, Inc. discounts, and/or coupons.
Fresh Points earned by customers may be subject to tax liability including disclosure connected with the receipt or use of Fresh Points and are the sole responsibility of the participating customer.
Tri-County Produce has sole discretion to interpret and apply the Fresh Points Program rules, terms, and conditions.
Tri-County Produce may amend Fresh Points Program rules, terms, and conditions at any time without notice.
